Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days within the continental US.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship to the continental US. We understand that our international customers are excited about our products, and we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping to include other countries soon!

Q: Do I need to crop my photo before uploading it?

A: Yes, please ensure your photo is ready for a square format before uploading. The upload tool will show you a preview of how your photo will be cropped to fit the magnet's square size. It is critical that you preview each magnet during the design process to confirm that important elements of your photo are not cut off and that the final look is exactly what you want.


If, for any reason, we notice an issue with your photo that may result in an incorrect print, we will reach out to you via email before proceeding with your order.

Q: Will you edit or enhance my photos before printing?

A: No. We strictly adhere to a "print-as-provided" policy. We do not alter, enhance, color correct, or modify the customer's submitted photo file in any way. The only exception is for Holiday frame/border designs, which are high-resolution graphics that are added on top of the original photo provided.

Q: What is the quality of the final print?

We use high-resolution printers and durable, vibrant inks to ensure your custom magnet is clear, color-accurate, and long-lasting. The quality of the final print is heavily dependent on the quality of the image file you provide.

Q: What is the recommended resolution for the best print quality?

A: We recommend uploading images that are at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Using a high-resolution file will prevent pixelation and ensure the sharpest possible print of your custom magnet.

How long do you keep my uploaded photos?

To protect your privacy, we only retain your photo files for [X] days after your order has been marked as completed. This allows enough time for us to address any quality concerns or reprints if necessary. After this period, files are permanently deleted from our system.
