We are dedicated to ensuring your custom magnet is perfect. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will happily remake it for free.
Remake Eligibility (14-Day Policy):
We offer a 14-day remake policy, starting from the day you receive your order, for issues that fall under these categories:

Shipping Damage: The magnet was physically broken or damaged during transit.

Material Defect: There is a verifiable flaw in the magnet material or the quality of the print.

Production Error: The final product significantly differs from the approved design proof (e.g., wrong crop, incorrect text, etc.).
Starting a Remake Request:
To request a remake, please contact us immediately at magneticpopz@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number.

Pictures of the damaged or incorrect product for our review.
Remake Process
If your request is approved, we will notify you and immediately put a replacement order into production at no extra cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and swiftly make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Remake Items
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer remakes or refunds for issues stemming from customer error, including:

A change of mind after the order has been produced.

Low-resolution or blurry photos submitted by the customer.

Minor color variations due to differences in screen settings versus printed output.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds (The Last Resort)
In the rare event that a remake is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be issued.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please allow 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
